Hi there!
I’m so glad you’re here. Bloom & Spark started as a wellness blog in 2014 inspired by my love for yoga, meditation, and mindful living. Over the years, it led me down different paths — from teaching yoga to exploring coaching — but what always remained constant was my passion for connection and creativity.
While I’m currently taking a break from blogging to focus on my family and my web design business, my mission remains the same: to be of service and help others shine. Now, I channel that energy into designing clean yet beautiful websites that are thoughtfully organized to ensure an effortless user experience. My goal is to create sites that not only look stunning but also give visitors a true sense of what the business has to offer.
I primarily work with female-owned small businesses, but I welcome clients of all backgrounds. The inspiration for Bloom & Spark still holds true — a blend of growth (Bloom) and inspiration (Spark) — and I carry that spirit into everything I create.
Thanks for stopping by!

Boutique web design for bloggers and entrepreneurs…
I’ve been in the online space for over a decade, mainly surrounded by the wellness crowd. I noticed a gap in the market for affordable web design services for up-and-coming coaches, bloggers, and teachers.
This frustrated me.
Most small businesses and blogs don’t have $5k to spurge on a new website, so they settle for something they can whip up on their own that, doesn’t quite hit the mark. It takes away from business, and doesn’t reflect you or your brand.
When we worth together it’s a total collaboration. I listen to your desires for your site, both the look of it and how your users interact with it. In the end you are left with a site that perfectly reflects you!

About Caroline
My resume might seem all over the place but all the random parts began to make sense to me as I stepped back and looked at what lead me here. Having a Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology I began my career working with children experiencing speech, language, and communication disorders.
However the life of having just one career wasn’t going to do it for me, so I began a health and wellness blog to chronicle my journey toward living a healthier life; while still enjoying all the wine and chocolate of course.
Yoga Teacher Training soon followed and I began leading private yoga sessions in the Hamptons, my home for many years.
I was then trained by Gabby Bernstein and completed her Spirit Junkie Masterclass Level 2 training and became a facilitator of Gabby’s NY Times best selling book and program May Cause Miracles.
I then become a Meditation Instructor through Danielle Mercurio’s Meditation Method Teacher Training and finally opened a boutique web design business for bloggers and female entrepreneurs.
I now live in Charlottesville, Virginia with my husband Tim and our two children Sterling & Lily; well three children counting our Golden Retriever, Gansett. These days I’m spending my time as a stay at home mom and part time web designer. My current hobbies include interior design, gardening, traveling, and building beautiful websites.
